The Elopement Story of Josh and Liz
"Josh and I knew we wanted to find a local bed and breakfast but we were really open to anywere in the Alabama/Georgia area. We started searching online and everything we found in Georgian and North Alabama just didnt seem to have that special touch to it. The venue either felt to impersonal or seemed like it was something that wasn't going to be customizable to us as a couple looking to elope.
We called a few places and their elopement package pricing was outrageous for what was offered as a venue, officiant, the option to add a photographer and flowers) and then we would still need to find a place to stay.
We decided to look for something more inclusive that offered a venue as well as a stay and that's how we found Mistletoe! I looked up pictures online and on instagram and sent then to my fiancé Josh. We looked through the package options online and knew almost immediately this was the route we wanted to go.
Everything fell in to place when we found our photographer Monica Jade Photography. We were able to coordinate a date that worked for us, her, and the venue. I first contacted the venue on June 7, and we finalized everything on June 11 for a June 20 wedding date. From start to finish, the entire thing was planned in less than two weeks!
The all inclusive package really sold us. The face that we could have our ceremony, have a delicious meal cooked for us, and stay at the B&B made everything so easy."

Mistletoe Bough B&B is one of the only venues in the area that offers Luxury Elopement Packages that are customizable to meet the needs of the couple. Our luxury package includes your ceremony with arbor, officient, overnight stay, massages for 2, 3 course dinner for 2, and fresh flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and wine.
